Theater Kids Camp is a wonderful summer program hosted by The Groundlings Theater Troupe. Campers spent two awesome weeks having fun engaging in improvisation and other acting exercises. Learning from Director Liz Woodworth, who has over 20 years of experience directing, writing and acting at StageNorth Theater. Thanks to a generous grant from the Winter Wheat Foundation there was no cost for camp this year. On the final days of camp students performed three short stories, with a twist on some of our favorite fairy tails. These incredible young actors were given a standing ovation by the Washburn community.
